This new period is characterized by the fact that the "pictures" in it are more significant than the vocabulary, because through the pictures you can transfer more information to the order of magnitude. But in order to be effective, a more prepared audience is also needed, because pictures are not always defined in meaning.

Brief description of matrix management
The method is based on a good knowledge of an individual's psyche as an information system to support his activities. This system consists of:
- instincts received from ancestors as a kind of information dowry;
- habits developed as a result of cultural influences on his psyche;
- intelligence as a system of processing information coming from the external and internal world;
- and intuition as a kind of information bridge in the mutually enclosed system of control matrixes, in the limit going back to the matrix of God's predetermination (with the attention of an individual not only to intuition, but more - to conscience, he perceives this ultimate matrix of being better).
Depending on which of these four components dominates the psyche, we can talk about four types of the individual's psyche, conventionally called: animal, zombie, demonic and human.
Intellect, as an information processing system, provides conscious and unconscious levels of psyche and has as it were two speeds of information processing:
- for the level of consciousness, this speed does not exceed 15 - 18 bits per second (this is the basis of the technology of showing a movie, all frames of which are fixed, but at a speed of motion of film - 16 frames per second and above, individual still images merge into a moving image),
- at unconscious levels of the psyche it's billions of times higher.

The modern psychology asserts that the information in visual and sound images arrives on unconscious levels of mentality, bypassing consciousness, and then, as a result of verbalization, i.e. giving to images of certain lexicon, it becomes property of consciousness. It is necessary to distinguish between the objective matrix of being, which is called "God's Providence" or "God's Predestination" in the religious vocabulary, and the subjective matrixes, built by people on the basis of their sense of proportion, which are peculiar tracing copies taken from the objective matrix of being.
Hence the matrix-calculus is a concept of ruling in images, and the concept is a matrix-calculus of ruling in vocabulary.
Everything seems simple outwardly: create a system of images corresponding to your sense of proportion and, consequently, to the purposes of ruling; give these images the necessary words, and the consciousness itself will combine images with adequate vocabulary. As a result, certain actions will be performed without any effort on your part.
Why does everything work?
The psychodynamics of society is the process of its self-governance, in which all members of society in accordance with their morals, ethics, worldview, interacting with the flow of events, do and do not do everything that they want, and as a result, what they get is what they get.
From the DOTU point of view, society is a super-system, and the psychedynamics of society is that:
- From the material point of view, the biofields of people uniting individuals in various functionally integral groups up to the mankind as a whole;
- and in the non-material aspects - the algorithms and information on the basis of which self-governance in the super-system is built and which is distributed in its fragments and according to the psyche of individuals, who make up various functionally integral groups, society and humanity as a whole.
After that, we can move on to the fact that crowd-"elitist" society is characterized by the specificity of its psychedynamics, which is characterized by the fact that crowd-"elitist" society lives by concepts, and how the concepts are formed and how they correspond to objective reality - in crowd-"elitist" society it is not accepted to think.
By virtue of its structure:
Psychology and worldview of people in their majority are such that according to their opinion, the management in the society begins with the creation of different kinds of structures. Note that the "masters of the system" are detached from the truncated pyramid of the rest of society because the conceptual power exercised by the "masters" is autocratic in nature and it is impossible to climb up the structures of various dedications (including orders, special services, universities and other structures). However, one can only enter the conceptual power by oneself, developing one's own thinking and conceptual apparatus.
Due to the fact that every society is managed in some way, the concept according to which management proceeds is an objective phenomenon: i.e. it exists and acts even if nobody in the society itself realizes this concept as a concept of management. It expresses itself in a certain vocabulary in this society and, most importantly, in the conceptual framework that society uses.
And people capable of goal-setting, development and adjustment of the concept of achieving goals and methods of its promotion in society, including through the creation of a conceptual apparatus based on quite certain arrays of images and thus replacing arrays of other images (and possible notions based on them) from the worldview of people in society, represent the conceptual power in this society. And "to be conceptually powerful" is a quality that distinguishes in historically known societies a certain minority in society from the rest of the society.
But why do we write so much about concepts and images and constantly mention them? Because it is the basis of governance.
The concept is born in the process of combining an image with adequate (or inadequate) vocabulary.
CONCEPT = IMAGE + WORD
With an elephant it is becoming less and less clear to agree on the concept of "SLON", and how about such concepts as "justice", "conscience", "happiness", "love" and so on - what images are behind it in different people, even in one language culture?
As long as vocabulary is adequate to images, society lives and develops on the basis of notions; if it is not adequate, society falls into a crisis that ends in either a catastrophe or a rethinking of notions and the establishment of the adequacy of vocabulary and images. This is the process of formation of conceptual and terminological apparatus in any culture. But any culture is not only limited, it is always secondary to the concept of ruling. So it turns out that the conceptual and terminological apparatus on which the society relies in its life activity is the basis of non-structural management within the framework of a certain concept.
Weakness of the method
In a crowd-"elitist" society everything goes more or less "well," and the behavior of the crowd, including its "elitist" part, is quite predictable until an alternative concept of governance appears in society. Symbols and images, and, consequently, the matrix, the basis of which they form, remain largely the same, and the new terminological apparatus, closing the old matrix on the vocabulary of the new concept, begins to form new concepts, changing the image arrays on which the participants of society rely.Simply put, management on the basis of matrix methods is quite effective until another subject appears with a different sense of measure, otherwise defining the goals of management, which can enter into antagonism with the goals of management of the first subject.
This is the weakness of the method, because the actions of the crowd become unpredictable and there comes a period of conceptual uncertainty.
The question is, which subjective matrix will be more effective in the period of conceptual uncertainty?
The answer is obvious: according to the one that more corresponds to the objective matrix of being or, if we speak the language of theology, to God's predestination.
Having recalled these regularities, let us continue the analysis of the Posthistorical Picnic.
Washington picnic
Let's remind that in the previous part we found out that the turn of the picnic matrix towards the Western civilization was also manifested in the fact that the pictures of the Post-historical picnic were placed on the map of Leningrad not chaotically, but according to a certain "grid" coinciding with the map of Washington.
What was supposed to happen in Russia is now happening in America. In the last century, Russia and America played the role of agitation points for world public opinion. If the agitation point of socialism was eliminated, there should be no agitation point of capitalism, otherwise the world would be impossible to keep in balance.
With the hands of Russian internationalists, they tried to promote their ideas in the Islamic world. The U.S. establishment did not like it, and they, committed to the idea of "America, America, above all ..." began to counteract the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. And Zbigniew Brzezinski agreed before he drove the Russians to Afghanistan to avenge them for Vietnam. No one should be deprived of the right to be mistaken and make mistakes. If you think about it, it is one of the so-called rights, which accompanies the principle of "divide and rule". Now let the Yankees themselves play the role of progressors. The scales of Themis swayed in the other direction, and as a result, we changed places, so that we will not lose for nothing the invaluable experience that we have had so hard to gain in Russia. And only after the Yankees are forced to do at home what has not worked out in Russia.

The experience of two atheisms
By the middle of the twentieth century, the fashion for materialistic atheism not only began to fade away, but it has already caused rejection in the common people's circles. Therefore, it was unpromising to create a crowd, and the conceptual power throughout the global historical process controlled the crowd, using for its own purposes the swinging of a peculiar pendulum from materialism to idealism - and back. The crowd did not notice the swinging of such a pendulum because its historical memory does not go beyond two weeks ago, and hierophants, understanding its nature, used it to maintain the stability of the process of ruling on the crowd-"elitist" concept. The main thing that they contributed to this process and that allowed them to stay at the top of the pyramid for so long was the maintenance of atheism in the crowd in any form. The monopoly on knowledge was provided by the depth of understanding of objective processes in Nature and society, and the society they tried not to rape with knowledge, preferring to keep it in ignorance, and imperceptibly push it to this or that choice, giving each time the leaders under their control.
And they managed to maintain this monopoly until the full periods of oscillation of the pendulum covered the life of many generations, that is, they were determined by the millennia and centuries. In the twentieth century, apparently, the score went for decades and the period of oscillations of the pendulum entered the boundaries of one generation. This circumstance at once increased the probability of appearance among those who in the environment of "masters of the system" were considered to be oboltuses from the crowd - people capable not only to pay attention to this objective phenomenon, but to study and understand it. The concept, alternative to the crowd-"elitist" one, appeared as a naturally predetermined consequence of this objective process.
During the same period, many varieties of crowd-"elitism" concepts pretending to be new should have appeared. And they really appeared. The mass media began to spin them up, knowing well that:
"...the meaningless people got used to running for the novelty of humbly running away.But any kind of crowd-"elitism", even the most exotic one, was instantly in line with the global conceptual power, as it had the richest practical experience of crowd-"elitism" management by that time.
The period of existence of two alternative concepts is the period of conceptual uncertainty. And it is a very dangerous period, because it can be accompanied by catastrophes of different levels. But the main goal of the "masters of the system" remains unchanged:
- provide stability of crowd-"elitist" pyramid under any conditions.
Geopolitical assessments of what is happening in the world show that since the second half of the twentieth century, these conditions have been more favorable for idealistic atheism. In other words, everything necessary for the successful promotion of Trotskyism, cleared of materialistic atheism, in which Trotsky had stagnated, was already present in both the West and the East. But especially favorable conditions for the promotion of Trotskyism, based on idealistic atheism, have developed in the Islamic world. The appearance of ISIS is a vivid confirmation of this.
However, this scenario naturally hit Russia. It is natural because in the cultural field of Russian civilization there is an alternative Western concept of governance. Vladimir Putin said so on June 11, 2013:

"...we have practically no ideological contradictions today. We have fundamental-cultural. The American consciousness is based on the individualistic idea, while the Russian consciousness is based on the collectivist idea. Here is one of Pushkin's researchers, who said it very precisely and clearly. Here in "Gone with the Wind", remember how the heroine said? She says: "I can't imagine that I will starve. That's the most important thing for her. And in our view, in the view of a Russian man, there are still other tasks. It's something beyond the horizon, something so soulful, something related to ... God. You see, this is a slightly different philosophy of life. And that's why it's rather difficult to understand each other, but it's possible.
Therefore, when ISIS began to deflate, the last frontier remained.
Are the games over?
Isn't it obvious that America is ending its democracy games? It is already on the threshold of a totalitarian society, and such that the "totalitarianism" of the USSR in comparison with the civil society of the USA will look like a model of democracy. Such a "civil society" will become a fig leaf, shamefully covering up the real fascism in the American performance.
How can we imagine that America, where the ideas of internationalism have just found the most fertile ground, will become a National Socialist?
But we are talking about American international socialism that never took place in the former Soviet Union, which may be why it fell apart. Stalin won the victory over National Socialism under the banners of internationalism, but by defeating Hitler he began to fall into the most terrestrific of nationalism - Russian nationalism, from which Hitler was supposed to be cured: as the Russians say, "the wedge is being kicked out". And all this happened in a multinational country. Everything went somehow wrong, and, naturally, ended in 1991 with a nightmare in a crazy house, which was discussed in the analysis of the "Historical Picnic" [ 1 ].
It turns out that the United States will have to implement the ideas, which were not destined to take place in the Soviet Russia. Let's denote some signs of the impending American fascism:
- a terrorist attack in New York and Washington, D.C., which many associate with the burning of the Reichstag, once;
- The American Gestapo on the march - all the intelligence services gather in a fist that was not dreamed of by Stalin's KGB or Hitler's Gestapo, that is, by the General Directorate of Imperial Security (RSHA) - two;
- Censorship of the mass media is introduced - three;
- The image of an enemy in the face of Islamic terrorists is formed - four;
- A small war has begun in Afghanistan - five.
- The president of the country, a frank demagogue - six - became quite legitimately.
- The militarization of inter-country rhetoric begins - seven.
There are eight, nine, and ten, and others, but the main thing is that for many people this process of fascination happens as if by itself.
It all depends on the positions from which you observe this process: if you are in it, you will most likely see it as a "spontaneous" or self-governing process; if you come out of it, maybe you will be able to see what is not obvious to everyone - those who control this process.

Everything is happening in the best possible way
To solve the puzzles, taking into account the understanding of matrix management methods, it is necessary to perceive all "picnics" or any other "symbolic puzzles" as matrixes-scenarios of possible events, the probability of realization of which is determined not so much by the set of symbols available in them and the algorithm of their binding, as by the state of mind of all people in the society.
If a person sincerely aspires to be in harmony with objective reality and trusts that he goes to him through the Universe, strives to build his relationships with the system enclosing him on the basis of this feedback, then in the language of theology it can be expressed as follows: he believes directly in God (this is the system with forward and backward connections covering the whole system) and lives in a constant striving to enter into a dialogue with the Almighty, who is the only one in the universe who is not mistaken under any circumstances (in the language of the theory of ruling: the mistakes of the given system are equal to "0" by virtue of its highest hierarchy in relation to the Universe, because there is no enclosing ruling that could fix a deviation from some enclosing process).
Correspondingly, the system of "control over the quality of management", i.e., the concept of morality for such an individual is not relative, as cultural figures often try to prove to the society, but in a certain way. That is, righteousness is absolute and unified for all - for both God and people - with the only difference that God (the system enclosing the whole system) has established moral "standards" (criteria of the quality of management), called by us righteousness, for Himself, and for people these criteria are the ideal to which they should aspire in any life circumstances.
Hence, the attitude to all events, including tragic ones:
"In modern society everything happens in the best way (much better than it could happen) with the objective and far from righteous morality to which people are really committed at the moment.
This means that everything could be much worse or better, depending on the extent to which people's real morals are removed or approaching the ideals of righteousness established for everyone from the level of the embracing system - the Almighty, if you move from atheistic to theological.
What were the thoughts of the subject who created this or that rebus, what kind of objective morality he was committed to - these are his problems, and he himself bears the responsibility for his thoughts. More important is the reaction of those people, whose unconscious levels of psyche these pictures have become. It means, of course, conscious reaction, sensible, i.e. mostly expressed in certain vocabulary. This is the key in the question of interception in matrix management: it is not enough to see images - it is important to describe them, thus embedding them into a certain conceptual network corresponding to a certain concept. Without this, there can be no interception of matrix control: how many pictures you don't hang out - you will still be mistaken.
All symbols and images of matrixes can remain the same, but the appearance of another conceptual apparatus, formed by an alternative concept of control, can lead to the fact that all the evil planned in the matrix-scenario can be realized, but ... in relation to those who planned it. This is the "monkey's paw effect".

But let's get back to Donald. Yeah... Trump. Where can we find him on "picnics" besides clearly visible Donald Duck?
Donald Trump, who after his election has been constantly accused of sympathy for Russia and connections with it, can be found at "picnics" as a new phenomenon coming into American politics.
We can observe the monkey theme both at "picnics" and in modern American politics. That's how it's written in the picture below:
"American politicians are less like "monkeys who see and repeat", but more like "blind people leading other blind people to the road in rush hour".
And then the "Peak Hour" with the monkey's paw appeared together with the meaning of the inability to foresee the consequences of their actions, that is - the conceptual powerlessness.
At the "Historical Picnic" Yeltsin embodied Zeus on the armored car, which was reflected in the fact that Yeltsin climbed onto the tank in front of the Russian White House.
And during Trump's campaign, a similar image could be found, with a touch of American pomposity.
The same matrix became apparent, not surprisingly, on March 21, 2019 (the date that can be found at one of the "picnics"; see below), when Trump visited a tank factory in Ohio.
At the same time, we want to note that it doesn't mean that this event was marked at the "picnic", but there was a point in the annual cycle, to which the events occurring under the influence of "picnics" matrix can be attached. And the events in Ohio are only one of the examples.
Attempts through "The Economist" magazine to steer through the images on the cover began at the end of 2014. It was from this moment onwards that the covers of this magazine began to contain visual "puzzles", which some people are happy to decipher, occupying their minds. Scenario matrices on them contain multiple errors caused by the unjust mores and intentions of those who inspired the creators of the covers. Scripts in them reflected, if realized, then partially or with the effect of "monkey's paw". Interestingly, the internal spread of "The Economist" magazine, dedicated to 2015, showed another "picnic" from "Chas Peak" newspaper of 1994.

It can be seen that in the background of both pictures the ship (the symbol of the state) sails in one direction "from right to left", but in 1994 - from the island with the house, and after 20 years in 2014 (the calendar was published on 13.11.2014) - to the island with the red house. It should be noted that the smoke from the steamer's chimney in 1994 goes to the right, but in 2014 its evil cloud blows out to the left.
Interestingly, it was in 2015, on January 25, Donald Trump said at a meeting of members of the Republican Party of the United States in Iowa that he was considering the possibility of nominating his candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections in 2016, and officially put forward his candidacy on June 16, 2015.
We would like to note that the picnic matrix is still active and active.
At the 1994 "picnic", a digital measure is also interesting: #1 (201) 5.01.94. It was in 2015, during the first month of the year, when Trump announced that he would run for president. And at the "picnic" one can see what Trump's coming to politics symbolizes.

What did Trump do in American politics? He broke the rules of the game by which the American establishment lived (a sad bourgeoisie leaving in a cylinder) for many decades, if not a couple of hundred years. For the "elite" he is both his own and a upstart, just as Yeltsin was both his own and a upstart for the late Soviet Union's party critics. But Yeltsin became the gravedigger of the game. Will Trump become a gravedigger of the bipartisan American system?
Yeltsin was a populist and Trump had a very good hanging language. He appeared to everyone in his character and spoke in his own language, which is what you should read the article we mentioned at the beginning of the article.
But another aspect is that the character has legs without socks in his shoes.

About the greats
In Russian history, there are two literary characters and one historical personality, whose sociological views, being in power over certain segments of the collective unconscious, have largely determined the events of the past and determine the prospects of Russia in the XXI century.
These are the great inquisitor of F.M.Dostoevsky, the great combinator of Ilia Ilfa and Evgeniya Petrova, as well as the monk of the Monastery of Philofei in Pskov (the years of his life are approximate: 1465-1542), the first ideologist of the doctrine "Moscow - the Third Rome".
Most of them have heard of the great inquisitor Dostoevsky, but they do not know the plot in detail, and only a few intellectuals in their studies have been addressing this topic since the publication of "The Brothers Karamazovs" (before reading further we advise to read: http://kob.su/kobbooks/velikii-inkvizitor) [ 6 ].
Almost everybody knows about the great combinator, but political analysts and social philosophers are not interested in him, although he is an idol and a model to follow millions.
And the doctrine of "Moscow - the Third Rome" arouses interest among some politicians and the politically active part of the population whenever alternative concepts come to a standstill when trying to implement them in Russia.
The "Great Combinator" - in a society under the rule of the "great inquisitor" - is a hindrance to the regime and its real or potential sacrifice. And that is why the "great combinator" is an antagonist of the "great inquisitor" and one of the contenders for the establishment of his regime after the regime of the "great inquisitor" has decayed internally.
The fact is that the stability of the "great inquisitor" regime is ensured by four factors:
- Creative work of the overwhelming majority of the population under the general control of the great inquisitor.
- Advantages in the consumption of produced goods and in the social-status ratio of power and irresponsibility to subordinates, which gives the advancement up the social hierarchy of individuals.
- Self-discipline of the higher hierarchies, which should ensure the effectiveness of labor and support a measure of distribution of various advantages on the steps of the social hierarchy, which guarantees the stability of the system and the support of its overwhelming majority of the population (while a certain asceticism of the "great inquisitor" gives him the moral right to "fight" all those who are below it in the social hierarchy, but consumes more than the "great inquisitor").
- Suppression of anti-systemic minorities, including the community of "combinators" and, above all, anti-systemic representatives of the ruling "elite".
However, the system carries the reasons for its own collapse, the main of which is the irresponsibility of the "higher" to the "lower". This leads to the fact that at some stage of their self-reproduction in the succession of generations social-status and consumer advantages of the representatives of the highest levels of the hierarchy are no longer conditioned by their real managerial competence in terms of ensuring the effectiveness of labor, recognized by society as the justice of the distribution of produced and suppression of anti-systemic factors. When the "elite" of the regime of the "great inquisitor" loses business competence and begins to live for itself, a considerable part of society feels deprived (including loss of trust in the state power); Moreover, a certain part of society becomes convinced that they too can provide for their well-being at the expense of somebody else's labor no worse than the historically established "elite", which sets an example by its parasitism to imitate all kinds of lumpen with which it gradually becomes identical in the aspects of morality and ethics.
This social group of jealous people includes a subgroup of applicants into "great combinators", who are characterized by the fact that they avoid brutal violence and shameless theft, i.e. "respect the criminal code", but invent "relatively honest ways to take away money and other benefits".
When the regime of the "great inquisitor" degrades to such an extent that it can be demolished, then the applicants for "great combinators" present themselves to the rest of society as freedom fighters against the tyranny of the "great inquisitor". And if society does not see in them parasites from which freedom must be protected in the same way as from the tyranny of the "great inquisitor", then the regime of the "great combinator" reigns.
Ideally, however, if the regime of the "great inquisitor" imposes an obligation on all, without exception, to work in one or another field, the regime of the "great combinator" imposes this duty only on the "suckers", recognizing that those who are able to "combine" have the right to "combinations" that do not violate the law, which is written by the same "great combinators" from the law in such a way as to create opportunities for "combining".
What is the "great combinator" regime in its purest form in practice," the "dashing 1990s" showed.
The regime of the "great combinator" does not guarantee anyone and nothing, because even the "greatest combinator" will inevitably be attacked by an "even greater combinator", or it will be a matter of time before he is confronted with the brutal violence of jealous people who are incapable of "noble combination".
And all the more so for those who create the welfare of society through their work and on whose lives "combinators" of different ranks are parasitizing, under the rule of the "great combinator" regime they are deprived of any guarantees other than the guarantee of poverty, because they are busy and have no time or energy to "combine".

Therefore, from the point of view of a simple worker living on the same salary, the regime of the "great inquisitor" is preferable, because it - if it complies with certain social norms prescribed by the "great inquisitor" - guarantees some well-being and growth of well-being to the main statistical mass of the population.
The majority's claim to the "great inquisitor" can only be that he or she does not maintain this quality of life well based on the four factors mentioned above: 1) quite effective labor management on the scale of society, 2) distribution of benefits according to justice in its historical understanding, 3) self-discipline and honesty of the ruling "elite" in line with the concept of organizing the life of society, which is followed by the "great inquisitor", 4) suppression of anti-systemic minorities, including the community of "combinators", and above all - anti-systemic elements in the "elite" itself.
If we talk about how the algorithms of the "great inquisitor" and "great combinator" in America are presented, the situation is more complicated than in the pictures above, because in the West the established political system, which has been formed for centuries and combines elements of the "great inquisitor" (more or less secured, The "elite" reproduces itself in a series of generations, and the "masters of the system" kept their hands on the pulse), and the "great combinator" (it is allowed to "combine" in a strictly defined framework of speculative games, "wars" of special services, gangs, and financiers among themselves).
However, for the reasons mentioned above, this established system has ceased to be stable, which entails an inevitable revision of the rules of the game, the emergence of doubts about the correctness of the "regime".
In this sense, Trump is the embodiment of a "great combinator", which begins to break out of the rules set by the "great inquisitor".
For both regimes, American culture has its own names. And there is a product that has expressed a matrix-scenario, both close to its output and distant events.
This is Christopher Nolan's film "The Dark Knight", which was released on July 18, 2008 in the U.S. (two months before the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers on September 15, 2008), and what is important in the context of the review of picnics on August 14 in Russia (the weekend was on August 16 and 17 last week).
The movie at the matrix level started the financial crisis of 2008 (the mortgage market was burned) and the redistribution of power in the U.S. (the result of the movie was that Batman became an outcast, taking over the murder of two-faced politician).
Batman is in many ways the embodiment of the "great inquisitor", because in everyday life it is the billionaire Bruce Wayne, the head of the corporation, who are the flesh and blood of the American economy, but at night - he oppresses anti-systemic minorities.
Joker is a representative of anti-systemic minorities, a "great combinator," who eventually manages to take Batman out of the game in the course of his actions.
Interestingly, for Trump, the 2008 crisis was a springboard to politics, which is even the subject of publications [ 7 ]. Then he finally joined the Republicans, from whom he was running for president.
But what in the American system corresponds to the "monk" and the tunnel scenario "Moscow - the Third Rome"? Most likely - the book "Atlant spread his shoulders", published in 1957 under the pen Ain Rand, whose name coincides with the name of the corporation RAND Corporation, which performs the functions of a strategic research center, working at the request of the U.S. government, its armed forces and related organizations.
The book represents the same tunnel scenario for Western civilization as the idea of "Moscow - the Third Rome" for the Russian civilization. And in the matrix of "galvanizing the corpse of Atlantis" the Western civilization has settled down quite thoroughly, but maybe Trump will reset some matrixes?

"That God is unable to cleanse the opposing matrixes from evil?"
It is harder to understand how it happens. Every matrix is filled with thoughts of people, which consist of images and their personal energy. Thoughts are vicious or righteous and are an expression of people's sense of proportion; vicious thoughts are sometimes put on righteous words, but they do not become righteous. The American government, wishing to punish Iraq and Yugoslavia, expressed its thoughts with words of mercy.
The terrorists-kamikaze, wishing to punish America, put their thoughts into words about righteous retribution. In an effort to punish the kamikaze terrorists, America carried out an anti-terrorist operation against Afghanistan under the code name "Justice without borders", although according to their own statements 15 out of 19 terrorists were subjects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Words - justice, retribution, mercy - are perceived as an expression of goodness and justice. Therefore, the goodness of all thoughts is manifested not in words, but in deeds.
"God is not the God of disorder, but of peace,- This gospel saying says that God (the system that embraces the whole system) has nothing to do with people's unrighteousness; He would like to see good triumph among the people (i.e., the best governance). But God has given man freedom of choice and freedom of will, which means that man (if he is indeed a man) must eliminate evil himself in the relationship between men. Therefore, the Almighty can contribute to the eradication of evil only in one way: not to prevent one evildoer from destroying other evildoers, thus clearing the way and place for the righteous. That is, the closing of matrix-scenarios takes place in such a way that non-optimally controlled elements of the supersystem, influencing each other, including with certain damage, would move each other in the field of more optimal, corresponding to the purposes and means of enclosing control.
The existing concept of Western people (including those who think in a Western way) do not see any sense in discussing it, because everyone lives according to it and therefore does not perceive it as a concept of ruling, just as a child does not understand what the air he breathes is.
The current concept is, first of all, the Bible and culture, which was born with its conceptual and terminological apparatus. Today, this culture practically dominates the Earth by means of the technologies it generates, regardless of how other cultures treat it. Radio, television, a car, a plane, a rocket, a modern ship, not to mention any household appliances - all this is the birth of Western culture, the signpost for which is the historically established Christianity (the algorithmic basis for almost all - in the Bible).
The Arab world with Islam, Japan with Shintoism, China with Confucianism or India with Hinduism can stigmatize the culture of the West as much as they like, but they are no longer able to do without its technocratic attributes, which they introduce by blurring their cultures through the perception of the images of all technical "toys" of the West by the public at the unconscious levels of psyche, not to mention the technologies of their creation, which they seek to master. Whether they want it or not, it doesn't matter, the process goes in one direction.
You're gonna ask why? Don't all other cultures have protection against Western culture? The answer is definitely no! And no, because despite all the seeming external (often very exotic) differences, they have one thing in common, uniting them - crowd-"elitism" (we have already cited its conventional-statistical structure, but we will repeat it again).
The structure of society and the structure of knowledge and worldview corresponding to it in crowd-"elitist" society:
The merits and disadvantages of crowd-"elitism" of Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Shinto, Hindu, Confucian, Marxist or even Scientologic Christian, Hebrew, Islamist and even Scientology-all the same, crowd-"elitism" will remain crowd-"elitism" until an alternative to it appears.
However, this alternative should not be in the dreams of an ideal of human life on Earth (this has always been enough in all cultures of mankind and reflected in legends, fairy tales, songs, ballads), but, above all, in a harmonious system of views on all aspects of life of crowd-"elitist" society, expressed in certain vocabulary.
Conclusion
In our view, the world is one and indivisible, and everything in it is cause-and-effect. This can only mean one thing: any random event seems to us random only because we are not able to identify the events preceding it, as well as other events caused by this case.
The coincidences we have indicated - even if for some people they will remain just random coincidences or "pulling by the ears", but maybe we have helped someone else to get used to the field of matrix control, which he will apply and create through his new coincidences, which seem to be random to others.
We all still have to "cleanse" the noosphere from matrixes and images reflecting the crowd-"elitist" pyramid of society, which is built on the basis of principle:
"Everyone works for himself to the extent of his understanding, and to the extent of his misunderstanding for the one who understands more.Nowadays, people on earth are building up (mainly on the principles of non-structural management) in communities of interest, and in the noosphere - the collective unconscious of these earthly communities.
As on the Earth the information of the Russian concept of globalization is inaccessible for "the community of alcoholics and drug addicts", and for collective unconscious such community this information "is not interesting". But all of us are part of a single super-system of mankind, that is why the concept of management, which more corresponds to the qualities of the optimal embracing management, will win. In the language of theology it sounds like this:
